These terms apply when you use Supermention (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Supermention.
What Supermention does
You give us your website. Supermention reads it, works out what your business does, finds public conversations where your brand could be relevant (for example on Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Instagram), writes a reply that fits each conversation, and posts it from accounts operated by Supermention.
- Mentions are posted from our accounts, never from yours. You do not connect any account or share any login.
- Mentions are comments and replies only. They are published automatically, without a prior review by you.
- We may adjust the tone, length and timing of future mentions based on how earlier ones performed.
No guarantee of results
We do our best, but we cannot promise any outcome. In particular, we do not guarantee that a mention will stay online, that it will be seen, that it will bring traffic or customers, or that your brand will be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini or any other AI tool. Such results depend on third parties that we do not control.
Third-party platforms
Each platform sets its own rules, and moderators or automated systems may remove content or restrict accounts at any time. Supermention is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of these platforms. We may replace a mention that has been removed, at our discretion, but we cannot promise that every mention stays up.
Your responsibilities
- You give us accurate information and have the right to promote the website and brand you submit.
- You use Supermention only for lawful, honest businesses and products. We may refuse, pause or stop service for any brand, for example if it is illegal, misleading, harmful or likely to harm our accounts.
- You keep your account details confidential and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Plan, trial and billing
Supermention is offered as a single monthly plan, currently $149 per month, which includes up to 20 mentions per month for one brand across the supported platforms. Prices and plan contents may change; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
- Free trial. New accounts get one free mention during the first 3 days. A payment card is required to start. Unless you cancel before the end of the 3 days, your card is charged and the subscription continues month to month.
- Payments. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card number.
- Taxes. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are considered case by case. If you think you were charged by mistake or are unhappy with the service, write to us at [EMAIL] and we will look at your situation. This does not affect any rights you have by law.
Content and intellectual property
You keep all rights in your brand, website and content. You allow us to use them, including your brand name and the public content of your website, as needed to provide the service. The mentions we write and post are public by nature. Supermention, its software and its design belong to us.
Acceptable use
You may not use Supermention to promote illegal products or services, to harass or mislead people, to infringe other people’s rights, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Supermention at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or our accounts at risk, or if we have to by law. If we end your access without a fault on your side, we will refund the unused part of the current period.
Our responsibility
Supermention is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of third-party platforms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When changes are important, we will let you know by email or in the product. If you keep using Supermention after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory rules that give you the right to go to the courts of your country of residence.
